Cheap costume hat, good for its purpose. Just purchased for use in a Halloween costume and it serves that purpose well. This definitely would not be passable for anything other than costume though.
Haven’t used The return window passed, now stuck with it, too big on my head couldn’t use for a costume party.
Small head Great for costume. I have a small head and it fit a bit big on me. Bit other than that its great for cosplaying or wearing for costume parties.
