Definitely a costume piece Fine for costumes. Was disappointed in the way they were shipped and delivered. Found a flat packing bag on my front step and couldn’t think of what it was, and was surprised to open it and find the hat I had ordered! It was smashed completely flat! I was able to reshape it, and it would work fine as a costume, but it’s not high quality and was not treated as a quality product.
