Interestingly enough, if this question would have been about Blair and Clinton these answers would have been totally different.
The question is biased and cannot be answered as it. A better, more intelligent question would have been "Why is the Prime Minister of the UK always supporting US Policy without any reservation?"
Slanting a question like this in regards to <in whiny voice> "someone I hate" is silly and counterproductive.
Whether you are British or American, oh heck – any country – then get educated about the REAL circumstances here in the states.
Clinton has been quoted in the media here on what he thinks of unreasonable hatred for people of a different political party…

Notice the rest of the article. The Bush's and Clinton's are FRIENDS. They golf and vacation together and visit each other's houses for dinner.
More to the point, Blair, Bush and Clinton have probably been on holiday together – all three – where they discussed the disposition of the world's resources.
Hey, they may have even had heads of state from Germany and France along. Isn't that what the Bilderberg summits (or meetings) are for?
They're ALL globalists and the only thing they may differ on is the actual deployment of globalisation and how the world's resources will be divided.
