I think Saddam is the only one to blame.

Dubya is the one who is more responsible. Hes the one who convinced the world that there were WMD's in Iraq (and yet none have been found). Not to mention that he lied about his true intentions of invading Iraq. If he had been upfront and honest about why he wanted to go to Iraq, there wouldn't be as much blame on him as there is now. I can guarantee you, even if Blair hadn't of joined the fight in Iraq, the US would have invaded alone.
