Do what Stewie did to Brian.
normally i ask for awhile.maybe 3 months. then ill just steal something form them
I dont suggest it unless ur friends are scumbags like mine
ask them to give it back easy and simple , some times they try to ignore you but in this case keep reminding them over and over again till they just give the money back to get rid of you.
and if that didn`t work you can legally come after them if you have something documented about the loan.
Do you have anything in writing? If not, just ask nice and hope they give it to you. You’ll have a hard time proving it’s not a gift.
If you have something in writing, send a certified letter asking for repayment of the loan. If you still get nothing, go to small claims court.
Some friend!
Ask for it.
Hopefully you have this agreement in writing. You could try small claims court as long as you can prove you lent this person money.
Friends and loans don’t mix.
just ask them do they have any money or just ask them to pay a little bak monthly or weekly
Call and say, "Hey, deadbeat; you ever going to cough up some cash?"
Then remember to NEVER loan them ANYTHING, EVER!!
Call Vito.
Well if you have done everything you can to be nice about it, its time to be a little upfront and honest. I would get me a book with receipts to rip out and write on one the date and amount. Give it to them, if they still ignored you, I would tell them that if its not sorted out here soon that you will be forced to make a complaint to them to the courts. If push comes to shove and still nothing get in contact with a lawyer and have them taken to court.
