What can a credit card company actually do when they turn your case over to a lawyer?

Personal loan?

I have less than perfect credit plus about 00 in credit card debt. These cards have interest rates from 21.99& – 29.99%. I’m wanting to get a personal loan to pay these balances off and then I’ll just have one monthly payment with a lower interest rate. Is a credit card a good idea to build credit after bankruptcy?

I have an unsecured 0 limit card that I got to re-establish my credit after my discharge. Problem is these cards are full of fees and monthly dues but they do report to all 3 bureaus which is good.
