Now that Tony Blair has become a Catholic, will he ever be seen again?
Are there any time limits on confessionals?

I am sure the pope will keep an eye on him.
No but he probably only converted so that he could say a few Hail Mary's and then be "absolved"
Not really.
A priest will take all the time needed to minister to a repentant sinner.
With love in Christ.
I don't think so, but Tony Blair wasn't a terrible guy, was he?
It has been rumoured that for a long time he was a closet Catholic. If so,I wish that he had had the courage of his convictions. Did he think he couldn't win an election in Britain as a Catholic?
EDIT to Westhill. According to Catholic doctrine God will only forgive you your sins if
1.you are truly repentant
2. you make ammends
3. you sincerely intend not to repeat the sin ever
It is not so simple as a lot of mumbo jumbo in a confessional. If Blair wants absolution for the Iraq war, he is going to have a long hard road ahead of him convincing God
Hope not, so let us pray.
Wow, that could be why! Confession gives the penitent the secure feel that God has forgiven him.
I hope this means that he has some insight and feelings of guilt for leading his country into an unnecessary and unjust war.
