Does the swine flu always come with a fever?
I live in Spokane and there is a huge number of people in schools getting flu and even swine flu. I think I caught a bug, but I’m concerned that it may be swine flu because I show many of the symptoms. One of the only ones I don’t show is fever. So does swine flu always cause a fever?

It almost always causes a high fever that is not susceptible to Tylenol or Motrin and lasts for greater than 24 hours. However, not having a fever does not mean you don’t have it. Call your doctors office and find out what their protocol for the H1N1 flu is, most are just recommending bed rest, unless complications arise.
