We have a small personal loan through the bank and it has been paid on time since Feb. But we contacted one mortgage company who said that it looked bad, then another said it was fine. But we really want to pay it off so it is one less bill. They don’t take a fee or any interest to pay it off early. But we need to know if it will cause our credit to go down.

I bought a house a couple of years ago. I don’t have much equity in it. Now my fiance and I want to buy a new home, but we won’t be able to sell my home for what is owed on the mortgage. Are there programs that let you borrow on your new mortgage to allow you to pay off previous mortgage?

Can a personal loan from another person (not a bank or lender) be added to a credit report to a credit report to boost a score or add a tradeline.

For example, you borrow ,000 for a family member and you buy them back in a year, can that be added as a tradeline and what docs would you need?
I mean can this be added to a equifax, experian, or transunion credit report as a line of credit.
Ok, I got an answer saying only registered items can be added, how come people have added tradelines from places like car insurance, car payments from "your job is your credit places" that normally don’t report, so on.

I’m looking for low rates on a 30 year fixed with low closing costs and no BS. Anybody had any good experiences with reputable mortgage companies out there that would fit my profile and needs? Thanks.

I have recently checked my credit report and I realized I had several credit card accounts which were unused for several years running with a zero balance for some time.

I would like to close them to resolve my accounts and improve my overall credit.

I have to admit that some of the credit companies are quite odd (not cititbank or MBNA) but smaller credit houses from obscure stores I once purchased something to earn the 10% off etc.

How do I go about contacting the credit card companies to close these empty accounts?

How long do you normally stay in the hospital after you have breast cancer surgery? It was a small tumor, about 6mm, once you have surgery, do they leave in the hospital for a couple of days? Any experience?

On the inner forearm. They are very tiny pink dots only on my right arm. I don’t feel anything unless I run my hand over them, and they are slightly raised.
