On 21st January 2009, children in Cardiff launched Operation Noah’s ARK campaign at Cardiff Bay. They called on Gordon Brown to cut power station emissions at Copenhagen, in Dec 2009.

Speaking on the BBC’s ‘Question Time’, Harriet Harman, the deputy for Prime Minister Gordon Brown has said of Sarah Palin -

“although I strongly, strongly disagree with very many of the policies that she’s putting forward …”

and

“she’s tough, I don’t agree with her politics, I wouldn’t vote for her if I was in the States, but I think that she is impressive yes, but I would rather see the Democrats getting an even more impressive woman right up at the front.”

and

“I am a very big admirer of Hillary’s and I am an admirer of Obama as well.”

In 2007 Harriet Harman MP was elected as Deputy Leader of the British Labour Party. She has since been appointed by the Prime Minister Gordon Brown to serve as Chair of the Labour Party, Leader of the House of Commons, Secretary of State for Equalities, Minister for Women and Lord Privy Seal.

She has deputised for the Prime Minister when Gordon Brown was absent from Prime Minster’s questions in the House of Commons, and though not as such designated as the “British Deputy Prime Minister”, as far one can see, she is the nearest thing Britain has to such a deputy PM at present.

Gert Wilders travel to Washington DC USA after being banned in the UK. The Gordon Brown government’s official reason for banning Wilders was the movie Fitna. Fitna only has citations form the koran, muslim speeches and newsclips and no opinion by Wilders is present in the film. The Brown government has not even looked at the film since they misstate the facts about it.
